Terms and conditions

AlatPintar is provided by PT Asiifdev Digital Agency. By using the online service you agree to these terms. The source code is licensed AGPL-3.0-or-later, and that licence covers use of the code, not the online service.

• You are responsible for the content of the messages you approve and send, and for having a lawful basis to contact recipients.
• You may not use the service for spam, fraud, or contacting people who have asked to stop.
• Connecting WhatsApp by scanning a code is not an official arrangement. WhatsApp may block a number, and we do not promise otherwise.
• AI output can be wrong. You review every message before it goes out.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

• The trial lasts 14 days with no credit card. After the trial or a subscription period ends, the account becomes read-only.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes. Customers in Indonesia pay 11% PPN. A subscription can be cancelled and access lasts until the end of the period already paid for. There are no pro-rata refunds.
• The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, as far as the law allows.
